By purchasing access to the Kuro Capital course, the Kuro Indicator, or any bundle, you agree to the following:

1. Educational use only — 18+ buyers. All material is provided for educational purposes. Nothing on this site or in the course is financial advice. We are not your investment advisor. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our products. By purchasing, you represent that you are 18 or older. Any account or purchase made by a person under 18 is void; access will be revoked without refund upon discovery.

2. Access and license. Access is single-user and non-transferable. The Kuro Indicator is delivered as an invite-only TradingView script tied to your individual TradingView username; the source code is not provided. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator on charts associated with your own TradingView account. You may not share your login, redistribute or republish any course material in any form, share your TradingView account to extend indicator access to another person, copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the indicator, or use any part of what we deliver to build a competing product. Any of these terminates your access to both the course and the indicator immediately and permanently, with no refund.

3. All sales final. The course and the Kuro Indicator are digital products delivered immediately on purchase. We do not issue refunds. Access is conditional on compliance with Section 2 above. We reserve the right to revoke course access and TradingView indicator permissions at any time if you breach those terms, and a revocation under those circumstances does not entitle you to a refund or compensation. The full curriculum outline, six years of backtest data, and 15 charts are publicly available on this site. Review them before you buy.

4. Updates, lifetime access, and third-party dependencies. "Lifetime access" means the course and indicator remain available to you on our platform indefinitely, subject to the third-party platforms we use to deliver them. The Kuro Indicator is delivered through TradingView's invite-only script system; access depends on TradingView remaining operational and on our publishing account there remaining in good standing. Course videos are delivered through our hosting infrastructure, which may change providers over time. If a third-party platform we rely on (TradingView, video host, payment processor, etc.) becomes unavailable, restricts our account, or discontinues a feature we depend on, we will make a good-faith effort to provide an alternative delivery method — but a third-party outage or termination does not entitle you to a refund. We reserve the right to revise course material; you get the latest version when we publish it.

5. Liability. Kuro Capital is not liable for any losses you incur trading futures, including but not limited to losses on funded accounts, evaluation fees, or live capital. Trading is risky. You assume all risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law and venue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If Kuro Capital later forms a legal entity in a different jurisdiction, we will update this section and note the change in the "Last updated" line above.

What we collect. Your name and email (for account creation, course delivery, and the occasional research note), your TradingView username if you buy the indicator (so we can grant you invite-only access), your payment details (processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers), and basic account state (which classes you own, your indicator grant status, completion progress).

Who processes your data. We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to deliver the service:

  • Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1, SOC 2).
  • Supabase — account database, authentication, and waitlist storage (SOC 2).
  • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, CDN, and email routing.
  • TradingView — indicator delivery via their invite-only script system (only buyers of the indicator are shared with TradingView, and only the TradingView username they explicitly submit).

What we don't do. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't run third-party tracking pixels or behavioral ad networks. We don't profile you for anything other than delivering products you bought.

Cookies and local storage. Minimal. A Supabase auth session token (so you stay logged in across page loads) and a few localStorage entries for client-side state (which classes you've marked complete, drop-schedule cache, last-selected tier). No third-party ad cookies. No analytics pixels.

Email. Account and purchase emails are transactional (we have to send them to fulfill your order). Drop-window announcements go to people on the waitlist; the waitlist is opt-in via the homepage form. Unsubscribe links are in every non-transactional email.

Data requests. Email contact@kurocapital.net to request your data, correct it, or delete it. We respond within 30 days. If you're in a jurisdiction that grants additional data rights (e.g., the EU's GDPR or California's CCPA), we honor them on request.

Risk disclosures.

Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of futures may fluctuate, and as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Every backtest result displayed on this site is hypothetical performance. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

One limitation of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses.

Kuro Capital provides educational content only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument. You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.

CFTC Rule 4.41. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
