Terms.

By purchasing access to the Kuro Capital course, the Kuro Indicator, or any bundle, you agree to the following:

1. Educational use only. All material is provided for educational purposes. Nothing on this site or in the course is financial advice. We are not your investment advisor.

2. Access. Access is single-user and non-transferable. The Kuro Indicator is delivered as an invite-only TradingView script tied to your individual TradingView username; the source code is not provided. You may not share your login, redistribute or republish any course material in any form, share your TradingView account to extend indicator access to another person, copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the indicator, or use any part of what we deliver to build a competing product. Any of these terminates your access to both the course and the indicator immediately and permanently, with no refund.

3. All sales final. The course and the Kuro Indicator are digital products delivered immediately on purchase. We do not issue refunds. Access is conditional on compliance with Section 2 above. We reserve the right to revoke course access and TradingView indicator permissions at any time if you breach those terms, and a revocation under those circumstances does not entitle you to a refund or compensation. The full curriculum outline, six years of backtest data, and 15 charts are publicly available on this site. Review them before you buy.

4. Updates. Lifetime access means the course and indicator remain available to you on our platform indefinitely. We reserve the right to revise material; you get the latest version when we publish it.

5. Liability. Kuro Capital is not liable for any losses you incur trading futures, including but not limited to losses on funded accounts, evaluation fees, or live capital. Trading is risky. You assume all risk.

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kuro Capital is incorporated. Any disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction.

Risk disclosures.

Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of futures may fluctuate, and as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Every backtest result displayed on this site is hypothetical performance. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

One limitation of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses.

Kuro Capital provides educational content only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument. You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.

CFTC Rule 4.41. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
